any user who uses the Website and/or Mobile Application to book workshops, programs, or
creative activities (“Customer”, “you”).
“Website” refers to all digital pages owned by Athar under the domain name Tryathar.shop,
created as a platform to display and offer Athar’s workshops, services, and activities.
“Mobile Application” means any official application published by Athar on Apple or Android
devices.
Your use of the Website and/or Mobile Application confirms that you have read, understood,
and agreed to be bound by all provisions listed in these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO
USE THE WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION AND MUST STOP USING THEM
IMMEDIATELY
Through your use of the Website/Mobile Application, you confirm and warrant that the
information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to comply with all
terms listed in these Terms of Service.
To register an account on the Website/Mobile Application, users must provide the following
basic information:

● Email
● Phone Number
● Password
This information is subject to the Athar Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your password and for any activity occurring under your account. Athar will not
be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to failure
to secure your login credentials.
You must be logged in to complete workshop bookings through the Website/Mobile Application.
Athar uses “cookies” to support your personalized browsing experience. Cookies collect non-
identifiable information such as pages visited, preferences, and navigation behavior. No
personal information is collected without consent.
Any reference to third-party providers (such as payment gateways, venue partners, instructors,
etc.) is for informational purposes only. Athar does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of
third-party information, and users should exercise due diligence when interacting with any
external party mentioned on the platform.
All content on the Website/Mobile Application — including text, images, logos, workshop
descriptions, branding, and digital assets — is the exclusive property of Athar and its parent
entity. Use of Athar’s trademarks, name, logo, visuals, or workshop materials without written
permission is strictly prohibited.
Certain personal information, such as billing and booking details, may be shared with
instructors, logistics teams, or third-party service providers only when necessary. You agree to
treat any received information as private and confidential and not disclose or reproduce it
without authorization.
Users may not use the Website/Mobile Application to:
● Upload abusive, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or illegal content
● Promote discrimination, hate, or harassment
● Distribute malware, harmful scripts, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
● Engage in fraudulent activity
● Interfere with user experience or violate intellectual property rights
Any violation will result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
Athar is not liable for:
● Any damages resulting from using or being unable to use the Website/Mobile Application
● Viruses, errors, or service interruptions
● Reliance on workshop descriptions, instructor profiles, or third-party information
● Damage to devices caused by accessing the platform
● Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
Athar strives to accurately describe all workshops and services. However, we do not guarantee
that descriptions, availability, or schedules are error-free or up-to-date. If a workshop does not
match its description, you may request cancellation according to the cancellation policy.
● A full refund is available for cancellations made before 2 PM on the same day of
booking.
● Cancellations made after 2 PM will incur a deduction of processing or preparation fees.
● Once the workshop has started or been attended, refunds are not possible.
● Rescheduling is possible if requested before 2 PM, subject to workshop availability.
Athar uses a secure online payment gateway (e.g., Tap Payments) for Workshop booking.
Additional fees may apply and may change without prior notice. Payment is processed when
verified by the payment provider.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or government-imposed charges.
Athar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may
be communicated or posted on the Website.
All content including images, workshop materials, instructional videos, creative designs, and
other assets are protected by copyright. You may download workshop-related materials only for
personal use. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You may request to suspend your account at any time. Amounts already paid are non-
refundable. Athar may suspend or terminate any account in the event of policy violation or
misuse of the platform.

You agree to indemnify Athar, its team, instructors, partners, and affiliates against any claims,
losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Website/Mobile Application or violation of
these Terms.
By using the platform, you agree to receive digital communication from us, including SMS,
email, notifications, and updates.
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will
continue in full effect.
Athar shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond
reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions,
emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes
shall be handled according to applicable Kuwaiti regulations.
