WORKSHOP POLICY

Thank you for choosing Athar. To ensure an enjoyable and organised experience for all
participants, please read the following workshop policy before completing your
booking.
1. Booking
Workshop bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully
completed.
Each booking is valid only for the selected workshop, date, and time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a
full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a
refund, but participants may choose to reschedule or receive the amount as store
credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend (No
Show), are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or store credit.
If Athar cancels a workshop for any reason, participants may choose between a full
refund or rescheduling to another available workshop.
3. Arrival
Participants are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop
begins.
Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted in order to avoid
disrupting the workshop. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
4. Age Requirements
Some workshops have minimum age requirements. Participants must meet the stated
age requirement for each workshop.
Children attending designated children’s workshops must be accompanied by a parent
or guardian where required.
5. Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop instructor.
Athar is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of workshop tools or failure to
follow instructions.
6. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop.
Athar is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
By attending, participants agree to the use of such media unless they notify Athar before
the workshop begins.
8. Workshop Materials
All materials required for the workshop are provided unless otherwise stated.
Workshop fees include only the items specifically mentioned in the workshop
description.
9. Conduct
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, Athar reserves the right to refuse
participation or ask any participant to leave without refund if they:
behave in a disruptive or disrespectful manner,
use offensive language,
damage workshop materials or property,
endanger themselves or others.
10. Intellectual Property
All workshop concepts, designs, instructional materials, and content remain the
intellectual property of Athar and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially
without prior written permission.
11. Force Majeure
Athar shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government
restrictions, public emergencies, or technical failures.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Athar (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and
any user who uses the Website and/or Mobile Application to book workshops, programs, or
creative activities (“Customer”, “you”).
“Website” refers to all digital pages owned by Athar under the domain name Tryathar.shop,
created as a platform to display and offer Athar’s workshops, services, and activities.
“Mobile Application” means any official application published by Athar on Apple or Android
devices.
Your use of the Website and/or Mobile Application confirms that you have read, understood,
and agreed to be bound by all provisions listed in these Terms of Service.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO
USE THE WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION AND MUST STOP USING THEM
IMMEDIATELY

USER CONFIRMATION

Through your use of the Website/Mobile Application, you confirm and warrant that the
information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to comply with all

third-party information, and users should exercise due diligence when interacting with any
external party mentioned on the platform.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website/Mobile Application — including text, images, logos, workshop
descriptions, branding, and digital assets — is the exclusive property of Athar and its parent
entity. Use of Athar’s trademarks, name, logo, visuals, or workshop materials without written
permission is strictly prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Certain personal information, such as billing and booking details, may be shared with
instructors, logistics teams, or third-party service providers only when necessary. You agree to
treat any received information as private and confidential and not disclose or reproduce it
without authorization.

FORBIDDENS

Users may not use the Website/Mobile Application to:
● Upload abusive, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or illegal content
● Promote discrimination, hate, or harassment

Any violation will result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.

Athar is not liable for:

● Damage to devices caused by accessing the platform

WORKSHOP AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Athar strives to accurately describe all workshops and services. However, we do not guarantee
that descriptions, availability, or schedules are error-free or up-to-date. If a workshop does not
match its description, you may request cancellation according to the cancellation policy.

PAYMENT

Athar uses a secure online payment gateway (e.g., Tap Payments) for Workshop booking.
Additional fees may apply and may change without prior notice. Payment is processed when
verified by the payment provider.

TAX

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or government-imposed charges.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Athar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may
be communicated or posted on the Website.

PERMISSION TO USE CONTENT MATERIAL

All content including images, workshop materials, instructional videos, creative designs, and
other assets are protected by copyright. You may download workshop-related materials only for
personal use. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT

You may request to suspend your account at any time. Amounts already paid are non-
refundable. Athar may suspend or terminate any account in the event of policy violation or
misuse of the platform.
